Amish Breakfast Cassarole

1 pound breakfast sausage
Sprinkle onion powder to taste
2 eggs, lightly beaten
4 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 ½ cups (12 ounces) cottage cheese
1 ¼ cups shredded Swiss Cheese

1. Brown sausage in skillet.  Drain off grease.

2. In a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients.

3. Stir in sausage.

4. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 pan.

5. Bake, uncovered, 350 F or 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

6. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
